Introduction

Welcome to Adracare Inc. This Privacy Policy outlines the measures we take to protect your privacy and personal information. Adracare Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) has developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, receive, use, share, and retain your information. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all users of our website (the “Website”) and the services accessible through our Website and Mobile App (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By visiting our Website and/or using our Services, both Operators and Service Recipients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, in addition to the Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein.

Information We Collect

Adracare Inc. collects the following types of information via the Website, obtained both directly from you and indirectly through our third-party service providers (our “Providers”).

Personal Information

“Personal Information” refers to any information or data that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify a natural person. When you purchase or utilize our Services, you may be required to provide Personal Information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. Service Recipients may also be asked to provide Personal Information related to their medical history, encompassing past and present medical conditions, medications, and ailments (“Health Information”). We may employ Providers to collect and process credit card, debit card, and relevant financial data (such as expiration dates, billing addresses, and activation codes) as necessary to complete transactions on the Website, and we do not retain such information. We do not collect Personal Information from Visitors, Operators, or Service Recipients unless it is voluntarily provided. It is important to note that Personal Information does not include information related to corporate entities, encoded or anonymized information, or publicly available information that has not been combined with non-public Personal Information.

Other Information

Other Information collected via the Website and/or the Services, which does not personally identify you, may include (but is not limited to):

  • Information such as your static or dynamic IP address (which may indicate a specific identifiable computer or device and operating system), Internet service provider, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, time spent on specific pages, visited sections of the Website, the number of links clicked while using the Services, search terms, keywords, and other related data.
  • Details about your mobile device, including universally unique ID (“UUID”), platform type and version (e.g., iOS or Android), model number, carrier, country location, operating system version, hardware, processor information (storage, chip speed, camera resolution, NFC capability), and network type (WiFi, 2G, 3G, 4G).
  • Non-personally identifiable Mobile App Data, including examination results, medical history, and demographic data. If a Service Recipient’s profile matches this data, SVL will make this data accessible in the Service Recipient’s profile.

How We Use and Share Information

Adracare Inc. may utilize your Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your requests.
  • To provide and enhance the Website and the Services.
  • To notify you about changes to the Website and/or the Services.
  • To send you notifications (such as emails, mailings, etc.) regarding Services you are receiving and for billing and collection purposes.
  • For any other purposes disclosed at the time the information is collected and to which you have given consent.
  • As otherwise specifically described in this Privacy Policy.

Tracking Technologies

When you visit our Website or open our emails, we may collect specific information through automated means, including cookies, web beacons, and web server logs. This collected information encompasses IP addresses, browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating system versions, language preferences, referring URLs, actions taken on our Website, and the dates and times of website visits. Cookies do not identify you personally. If you continue to use our Website, we will assume your consent to this practice. If you wish to use the Website without cookies, you may opt out at http://www.smartvisionlabs.com/privacy. Please be aware that without cookies, you may not be able to access all features of our Website. SVL and its Providers may use specific tracking technologies to collect Other Information, including:

  • Cookies (both session cookies that expire when you close your web browser and persistent cookies that remain on your device until deleted) to assist in collecting Other Information and enhancing your Website and Services experience. You can opt out of cookies by configuring your browser to reject them or notify you when a website attempts to place a cookie in your browser software. Disabling cookies may impair your ability to use some or all of the Website’s features.
  • JavaScript tags trigger events that involve viewing a first-party cookie (or creating one if it doesn’t exist). We may use JavaScript tags to customize and optimize our Services and deliver relevant SVL advertisements beyond our Services.
  • Web beacons, also known as “clear gifs,” are small graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track online user activities. Unlike cookies, which can be stored on a user’s device, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of a period at the end of this sentence.

How We Protect your Information

We take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please be aware, however, that no security system is completely impervious. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases or the databases of third parties with whom we may share such information, nor can we guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet.
