Questions about pricing
If I sign up for an annual contract, can I cancel at any time?
No, annual contracts cannot be cancelled at any time. To make sure you are satisfied first, we offer a 1-month free trial.
With the annual contract, do I get billed monthly or yearly?
We collect payment every month and include the discounted annual amount in each monthly payment.
How do I select my plan once my free trial is up?
Sign in to the platform. You will see a notification that your free trial has expired and a prompt to update your plan.
What are the different ways I can pay?
We accept Mastercard and Visa only (no debit/credit or prepaid credit card).
What happens if I don't want to continue with my free trial?
We do not collect payment during the free trial, so you do not need to select a plan or add payment. We will deactivate your account.
Can I move from monthly to an annual plan, or from annual to monthly?
You can move from a monthly plan to an annual plan, but not from annual to monthly. We recommend making the most of your free trial before selecting a plan. Our Customer Service team can answer your questions before and while you use Adracare.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, from within the platform. Your credit card will be charged for the additional cost.
