Unfortunately, you cannot cancel at any time on our annual contract. However, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with our practice management solution before purchasing, so we offer a 30 day free trial to our premium platform with no credit card information required to sign up.

We collect payment every month and include the discounted annual amount in your monthly payment.

You can do this directly by signing into the platform. Once signed in, you will receive a notification that your free trial has expired and a prompt to update your plan.

We accept Mastercard and Visa only (no debit/credit or prepaid credit card).

We do not collect payment upfront while you're on a free trial, so if you don't want to continue your free trial, there will be no need to select a plan or implement payment. Additionally, we will deactivate your account from our platform.

Moving from an annual plan to a monthly plan is not possible. However, moving from a monthly plan to a yearly plan is! We recommend making the most of your free trial before selecting a plan. Our Customer Service team is happy to answer any questions you have before, and during using Adracare.

Absolutely! You can make these changes from within the platform. If you downgrade from premium to basic, we will credit back your account. Should you decide to upgrade your account, your credit card will be charged an additional cost for the premium price.
